These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the website
drivemekrabi.com and the car rental services provided by
DriveMe Krabi. By booking a car or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

1. General Provisions

  • DriveMe Krabi provides car rental services in Krabi, Thailand directly and/or in cooperation with local partners.
  • The minimum rental period is 1 day (24 hours).
  • All rentals are subject to vehicle availability at the time of booking.

2. Driver Requirements

  • The minimum driver age is 21 years with at least 1 year of valid driving experience.
  • A valid driving license (Thai or International Driving Permit) must be presented at the time of pick-up.
  • The renter must provide a valid passport or ID for identification.

3. Booking & Payment

  • No deposit and no credit card are required to make a booking with DriveMe Krabi.
  • Payment is made at the time of car delivery (cash, debit card, or other accepted methods).
  • Prices include basic insurance unless otherwise specified.

4. Insurance & Liability

  • All rentals include basic insurance coverage.
  • The renter is responsible for any damage not covered by the insurance.
  • Optional insurance upgrades may be offered at the time of booking or pick-up.

5. Vehicle Use

  • The rented car must be used in accordance with Thai traffic laws.
  • Vehicles cannot be used for illegal purposes, racing, or transporting prohibited goods.
  • Pets are allowed only with prior agreement and proper arrangements to avoid damage.

6. Fuel Policy

  • Cars are delivered with a certain fuel level and must be returned with the same level.
  • Any missing fuel will be charged according to the local market rate.

7. Pick-Up & Return

  • Pick-up and return are available at Krabi International Airport (KBV), Ao Nang, Krabi Town, Klong Muang, or hotels upon agreement.
  • Late returns may result in additional charges.
  • The renter must return the vehicle in the same condition as received, subject to normal wear and tear.

8. Cancellations & Changes

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours before pick-up are free of charge.
  • Changes to reservations are subject to vehicle availability.
  • No-shows may incur a cancellation fee.

9. Responsibility

  • DriveMe Krabi is not responsible for delays, accidents, or damages caused by circumstances beyond our control.
  • The renter is responsible for traffic fines, tolls, and violations during the rental period.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Krabi, Thailand.
